Here’s what to expect.
Do you need access to our ServiceTitan account?
For an audit, no. We work from your pricebook export and, optionally, an Invoice Items report. For an overhaul, we need pricebook and import/export permissions, or your team can run the imports using the finished files.
What happens to the files we send?
They’re only used for your project. We don’t share, resell, or reuse your export. Ask us to delete it and we will.
What if our pricebook is a disaster?
That’s what the audit is for. The price is the same for any size book. You get a report that shows what needs work and a plan for tackling it.
Will you delete items or break our history?
We deactivate retired items instead of deleting them. Codes and history are preserved, and overhaul changes come with a versioned rollback.
How long does the work take?
Audits arrive within 3 business days after we receive your files. Description Overhauls take 5 business days. Foundation typically takes 2–3 weeks, and Full Overhaul typically takes 3–5 weeks. Larger projects are scoped on a call.
We already have Pricebook Pro. Can you still help?
Yes. We audit your actual tenant’s data, including its categories, codes, material links, and pricing readiness. The findings show where your current book needs attention.
